Rated 4 out of 5 by Gabe from Good as a laptop but doesn’t feel right as a tablet. As a laptop it’s good although touchscreen and trackpad can be overly sensitive at times which makes using annoying. I don’t see how this design is effective as a tablet though. You end up pressing into the keyboard with your fingers when you’re holding it in tablet mode and it’s all a bit strange. Rather, the keyboard should have been designed to twist so that the keyboard rests against the back of the screen. As for the speed and function of the apps, it’s what you would expect from the higher specs of this device. I’m not overly impressed with the camera. A far better camera should have been used with higher resolution.

HP has good backup in case of problems, it was delivered in 2 days.

Before ordering, I was reading the comments and picture in the comments which are posted from different countries. As per purchaser comment, the laptop comes with stylus pen. It surprised me when I see the laptop is delivered without the pen. I tried to reachout the support team; even after a week, I haven't receveived any response.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Jbot from HP Evo 16 I have owned my Envy x360 for a month now, the system installed easily and worked out of the box, I purchased the bigger screen which in hindsight might be a little to big if you travel a lot!! the screen quality is great, sound quality OK and camera is good. I would have liked fingerprint authentication but you get used to putting your face in front of the camera. Coming from a MAC I forgot how often you need to reboot windows PC's (daily) with one bug/freeze/update most days. The laptop has only blue screened twice so far.

Despite buying direct from HP never received a HP receipt which would have included vital detail. Currently deemed an overpriced paper weight. Before this issue seemed a good product.

Wasting a lot of time to figure what to do next. Unable to install my new scanner. System requires me to install a new driver for installation. Window 10 was so much easy to manage. It took me less than an hour to complete the job. I have spent almost a week still didn't get this done. How amazing! Absolutely frustrated indeed. I miss my Window 10!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Robier from Does everything I want computer. I recently had to update my HP Envy360 because it packed up on me, also I wanted to use Windows 11. Hp gave me a good upgrade price. The new Envy360 arrived the next day. I set it up myself, everything was intuitive. I bought HDD docking station and copied everything I wanted to the new unit. The computer is easy to use and appears to have a good battery life. Unfortunately, it lacks a SD slot for transferring photos from my camera, something i use a lot. I have ordered a USB adaptor. I do a lot of photography editing as well as 3D printing design. I love the new model and with my HP Smart Tank 7305 printer it is the perfect setup.

It’s been couple of weeks testing the laptop and it hasn’t let me down, it is fast, graphics are good, the touch screen works perfect specially while writing notes on meetings.

The trackpad is very difficult to utilise correctly and I am the identification of facial recognition is inconsistent. I would recommend thinking about Alyssa spec and look at more at how well the keyboard and trackpad are going to function

I sometimes use my husband’s 14” laptop and the keyboard is smaller so my touch type is annoyingly a bit off. So my main reason for buying a 16” vs 14” was for the bigger keyboard (ridiculous I know). I opened this laptop on arrival to find the keyboard is the same size as the 14” with speakers on each side in the extra space. I guess I’ll be learning to adjust my touch type after all! At least it was less expensive than its 14” counterpart…

I have downloaded the latest driver and turned off options that allow the device to be put to sleep in power save, but the drop outs keep happening.
