I was so pleased with my old one and decided to go with HP this time

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No help Hi. I just got a new HP 27 inch all in one desk top, with Win11. After going through the initial startup, the computer restarted straight to a Bitlocker screen and wants a recovery key. When I try to enter the key code I am not allowed to enter letters, such as a "B". Numbers are accepted, but letters aren't! I've tried getting out of this mess for hours. I can't get beyond the screen because I can't enter the whole code!! I've tried selecting other sign issues, but the repair and reset options don't work. I've turned the computer off, and on, and off and on, to no avail. Every restart opens to the same locked screen. I can't get to a safe startup, startup, or any other helpful screen, period!! Bitlocker has turned my new computer into a lemon Since it's your product, I need you to help fix it, asap! Thanks, I hope. Can i get replacement computer that works on warranty.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great features This is a replacement for the same model which did not last for 2 years. I'm opining I don't have the same problem. Good so far. Would be better to come with a wireless mouse and keyboard. Not as easy to navigate around like my HP windows 10 touchscreen

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great setup, not hearty enough. The unit has several times with around 10 web tabs open and a printer app slowed to a crawl for about 30 seconds maybe a little more and then resumed as normal. Hoping it was a few teething problems.

The HP documentation that came with the all in one PC (88A34PA) showed that the monitor stand was adjustable for height. The stand we received is not adjustable for height. We want to get a stand that is adjustable for height
